Monday - Zumba Gold 9.30-10.15am | This is a excellent class for the older active person, beginners, pregnant or recovering from surgery.
Tuesday - 6.15-7.00pm | Express class for those who want a quick fix.
Thursday - 9.30-10.30am | Great way to start your day.
